Igor Akhmerov began his professional career in 1991 at one of the world's leading consulting companies, Bain & Company, specializing in M&A and corporate finance. Since 2001, he has held leadership positions at TNK-BP and Renova Group. Igor has significantly contributed to successful business projects in renewable energy and green technologies in countries such as Italy, South Africa, India, and Russia. He conducts masterclasses and lectures at universities on ESG, climate change, and carbon regulation.

Olga Bykova has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, including roles as CFO, managing partner, and CEO. Her key competencies include investment analysis and financial management, strategic planning, business process development, change management, and complex restructuring.

Andrey Ptichnikov
Andrey Ptichnikov is one of the leading experts in Russia and the CIS in nature-based solutions, sustainable forest management, climate projects, and forest certification. He has experience working with Russian governmental organizations (Ministry of Natural Resources, Rosleskhoz) and international partnership programs with Finland, Sweden, and Switzerland. Andrey has been a consultant for the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, and the UN Development Programme. He also led the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) in Russia and the CIS and coordinated sustainable forest management programs with companies like IKEA, Stora Enso, and Tetrapak. Currently, Andrey lectures at the National Research University Higher School of Economics on low-carbon development.

Varvara Gryaznova
Varvara Gryaznova holds a bachelor's degree in Ecology and Environmental Management and a master's degree in Economics from MGIMO. She has been working in the field of climate projects for over three years. Her main competencies include economic modeling, preliminary climate project assessment, and carbon market analytics. Varvara also lectures on low-carbon economy and green transport development.

Linara Khadimullina
Linara Khadimullina is a climate project specialist whose career in sustainable development began with volunteering in the UN Youth Network for Sustainable Development. She has valuable experience in ESG consulting for leading energy and metallurgical companies. Linara has won several international case championships in climate corporate agendas. She is currently a member of the Young Experts Group of the BRICS Youth Energy Agency, representing the views of the younger generation on energy transition.

Ivan Ignatiev has over 15 years of professional experience. He provided legal support for the construction of a 450 MW combined-cycle thermal power plant in Yaroslavl, the first Russian-Chinese project by TGC-2 and China Huadian Corporation, with financing from ICBC. Before joining AIM Carbon, Ivan was a leading legal advisor at Avelar Solar Technology (Hevel Group), Russia's only vertically integrated solar module manufacturer, where he supported the group's activities, including the construction of a unique production complex for silicon wafers and photovoltaic converters.

Alexander Makarov
Alexander Makarov has dedicated over 12 years to investment analysis in major international and Russian companies, investment funds, and consulting firms. He has participated in several landmark renewable energy deals, including the largest issuance of "green bonds" on the Russian stock market, raising funds for the leading solar power plant developer in the CIS, and conducted over 50 studies on market entry strategies for pharmaceutical products in Russia and the Gulf countries.
